Have you ever heard Tops in Blue perform? I just did and it was an excellent performance! The wife and I learned of a group that was putting on a free performance sponsored by Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. We decided it would make a nice evening out and went to dinner then made our way to the Mathewson Exhibition Center Located here in Sedalia. We were not disappointed.
