more business: Thank you's are more important than you think - please read/comment

All too often people in the real estate industry dont give a simple "thank you". We are in the service industry. We provide a service for a fee. We should always say "thank you" for the business or "thank you" for the referral even if it doesnt turn out to be home we could find or a mortgage we can provide. I wasnt providing "thank you" letters and notes until I was in the industry for almost a full year.
