free vegetation drop off sites in reno: Reno Area Biomass Collection - 04/16/12 02:52 AM
Spring cleaning isn't just for your Reno home.  Now is the perfect time to clear away weeds and dead vegetation.  The Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District is sponsoring a public Reno area biomass collection from April 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012 to encourage all Truckee Meadows residents, including those in the Reno area, to keep a clear space around their homes to set up a defensible barrier for your home in case of wildfires in the area.
