Why don't they make a flyer box that tells me when it is empty?  Maybe a small radio chip that sends a signal when the box is empty?  The sellers would be astonished at how you show up immediately after the last flyer is taken.  Or maybe there should be a phone number for the buyer to call that o...

I thought I would share a technological idea with the world wide web. With GPS enabled phones, they should set up a service, whereby the buyers input the property they want, and whenever they are near a listing that matches their criteria...their phone buzzes and gives them gps directions to that...
