Our very first open house of the Confluence Modern ideabox home at 1650 Cherry Street in Port Townsend, WA was Thursday March 26th. The turnout was AMAZING! The owners of ideabox were onsite for questions. THANKS JIM AND CINDY RUSSELL. They drove up from Salem, Oregon just for this open house. We are patiently awaiting the completion of the Confluence Modern set up on 1650 Cherry street in Port Townsend, Wa. Here are some photos of the foundation. The weather isn't cooperating. Snow, ice...spring weather. Don't forget the open house on March 26, from 9 to noon. We can't wait to let the public and other brokers in to see this prefabulous product.

Weare so excited to be representing ideabox in Port Townsend. ideabox and RE/MAX FIRST, INC. have hit the finish line first to get builtgreen prefab homes to Port Townsend. The response has been incredible. Upwards of 3 calls a day just wanting to know about ideabox. We will be using the home on Cherry street in Port Townsend as a demo model for 3-4 months.
