One of the questions that I am most frequently asked is actually "What should we ask a REALTOR®?" Often, it is just as important (and possibly more so) to know what questions that a REALTOR® may ask you that you should NOT answer! Remember: Until you have signed a contract or "Listing Agreement" with the REALTOR®, that REALTOR® and any other that you might speak to, does not have a fiduciary obligation to you! Some of our famous residents and of course Tomas Jefferson.
