Buyers, you are entitled to representation and the seller most often will pay for it.  It is your right. 
I had a seller who bought her house without representation.  She didn't have a home inspection because the seller told her she didn't need one the house was recently rehabbed and had a use and occupancy certificate.  When she moved in she found out the roof wasn't attached to the house and the drains were all blocked with construction debris and over flowed.  The basement leaks water.  There were numerous other problems with the house that would easily have been picked up … (0 comments)

I love spring in Baltimore. 
Baltimore City has over 200 distinct neighborhoods and each has it's own character and personality.  In the spring they come alive with rebirth.
