Happy 21st Birthday Liam
Everyone in this business has a why.  A reason they do what they do.  A reason they get up in the morning and keep moving forward despite the set backs, a reason for their success. 
I have 5 children.  They are now, all adults.  They are all special in their own way and I am proud of each one of them. 
My youngest, Liam, turned 21 on the 21st.  We celebrated today.  Liam is my why.

It's All About Them
I have the best client's in the world, I'm sure a lot of Realtor's say that but I do and the sale or purchase of a home is all about them!!
Over the years I've helped many people buy and sell their homes and some of my client's have become very close friends.  
Statistics show that for every home sold 2 jobs are created in the community.  Perhaps today, that is more like 2 jobs are saved or 1 job is saved and 1 job is created, however you mix it up selling homes stabilizes communities … (3 comments)

Or should I say, attempting to give referrals.
I live and work in Maryland, and in fact my office is located conveniently between Ft. Meade and Annapolis Naval Station and the Curtis Bay Coast Guard Station.  I could have the opportunity to send many outbound military referrals to other jurisdictions where military people might get relocated.
