Buyers, you are entitled to representation and the seller most often will pay for it. It is your right. I had a seller who bought her house without representation. She didn't have a home inspection because the seller told her she didn't need one the house was recently rehabbed and had a use and occupancy certificate. When she moved in she found out the roof wasn't attached to the house and the drains were all blocked with construction debris and over flowed. The basement leaks water. I thought I might have had a settlement on Monday. As I said a couple days ago I thought we had resolved everything. But, alas, it's like a Shakespearean tragedy. There was all too much drama in this transaction for a small shell of a house that needs to be fixed up.
