Pigtown Fixer Upper Wanted
I have an investor client that is seeking vacant and abandoned properties and houses in need of repair in Pigtown or as it is now known, Washington Village. Do you own a property in need of repair? Uplands, Baltimore, MD Home Just Sold - Investor Seeks Another Opportunity
Earlier this year I sold this house to a new investor. Her intent was to renovate and resell this lovely little house, and she did!!
With the help of a local licensed contractor they put this 3 bedroom home back to useful purpose, renovated it with lots of little extras and designer touches.
Today, a new home owner got the keys and will start her new life here.
Now, my investor is looking for another project, another 3 bedroom home that needs renovating. She'd like it to be in a stable or improving … (2 comments)
