Employees of participating companies who are first time home buyers in the City of Baltimore are eligible. Today marked the first day of home ownership for a special young man. Anthony attended a Home Ownership Counselling class at Belair Edison Neighborhoods one day and that sparked some interest for him. From time to time I co-host with a lender and housing cousellor.
