I always seem to be in a hurry where ever I go and I'm sure I'm not the only one that has been caught on one of these cameras.  
Baltimore is adding at least 5 new speed cameras this summer.  They will be located at the following locations:
2400-3200 blocks of East Monument Street near Tench Tilghman Elementary and Middle Schools and William Paca Elementary School
800-1400 blocks of Key Hwy near Digital Harbor High School
2100-2800 blocks of Patapsco Ave near Lansdowne Middle and Lakeland Elementary and Middle Schools
1100-1900 blocks of E. Preston Street near Johnston Square Elementary and … (4 comments)

Baltimore City Employee Home Ownership Program
This program is designed to assist all active employees of the City of Baltimore to become homeowners within the city limits.
All active employees of the City of Baltimore, City of Baltimore agencies and quasi-agencies working for a minimum of 6 months are eligible.
This is a $5,000 down payment and closing cost assistance grant with no annual income limits.  This is a no interest loan for a period of 5 years and after the 5 years have passed the loan is forgiven and it is reduced by 20% for each year you occupy the property.
