What a great way to end the year strong!!
Short sales can be challenging and even more so if you don't have a good team to work with!! I wrote an offer on this lovely 2 bedroom bath and half home just above Patterson Park in Baltimore over the summer. The listing agent Peter Klebenow from Re/Max 1st Choice was fabulous to work with and so was Steve Hamilton at Emerald Bay (the negotiator and title company).
