I have a settlement tomorrow. I can't believe it!! Finally!! And, yes, I'll be doing the happy dance all the way to my car afterwards. New City Partners, a Baltimore based developer is said to be buying 2.5 acres of land from the Baltimore and Ohio Museum to build 99 townhomes and condos as part of a "work force" housing project.
