I have always been told and also believe that if you can't track the performance of your advertising, you shouldn't be doing that type of advertising.   It is so true....That is one of many reasons why I don't like yellow page advertising(that and I can get much bigger bang for the buck online). ...

1. Find foreclosures If you have enough cash you can buy homes at the foreclosure auction. Most areas require you to pay cash the day of the auction. The problem with this strategy is that you might run into title problems and many times you cannot see the inside of the home prior to the auction....

I havn't done an FHA mortgage for 4-5 months, just found out some new information on FHA percentages. In the past, the total amount the seller could pay was 6%, 3%for down payment assistance and 3% for closing costs.. This is now changed to 3% for down payment assistance and up to 6% for closing ...
