anson zionsville: Zionsville ranked the 57th best city to live in the United States - 06/22/08 03:15 AM
As I have said over the past years, you can't beat Zionsville as a place to live as well as invest in.  Prices are higher in Zionsville, but home pricing appreciation will more then compensate for this.    Remember, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
If you are looking for a place to invest, I would consider buying a home in Royal Run and renting it out.  Home prices there are the lowest in all of Zionsville, and the homes in this area will only become more valuable and in higher demand over the next several years as Amazon.com, a few pharmaceutical companies build plants, … (0 comments)

anson zionsville: Updated photos of the Anson Zionsville Real Estate Development - 04/02/07 10:23 PM
Here is a few updated photos of the Anson project in front of Royal Run.  The new bank is coming along nicely, as is the strip mall behind it.  It looks like the other building in these photos is either a CVS or a Walgreens.  I have not yet heard which it is, but it looks more like a Walgreens based no the structure.

anson zionsville: How The Bank is built - 12/19/06 10:50 AM
Iam tracking the new Duke Anson development in Zionsville, IN and came across something interesting.  Banks actually build the vault first, then they build the bank around it!

Here is some new photos of the Anson Development.  The big box in the middle is the vault, the rest is the building going in around it.  This will eventually be the State Bank of Lizton.
