Long story, but let's see if I can make this a short story:
 
Client moved here from Las Vegas, decided to purchase multi-family housing in Indianapolis, as the return on investment is much better here.
 
He wanted to purchase in questionable areas(places I do not buy investments in), properties were run-down, needed work, but they cash flowed, which was what he wanted.
 
He purchased 3 of these duplexes, two on contract with 20% down.  One with a conventional mortgage.
 
He has a property manager managing the properties, who is not doing a good job.   both of these duplexes are now empty(except for the one … (1 comments)
