Foreclosures in these areas were hitting the market so fast, that for a while, no one knew what was happening. In September 2011 66% of the foreclosure sales were acquired at $40k or less. McCalla Market Report McCalla's new construction sales continue to be brisk. While in September 2011 only 12 newly constructed homes sold, there are currently 23 homes pending. These are all homes built in 2011. Does not include 2010 completed and unsold inventory.
Tannehill Preserve is highly sought after with 6 sales in September 2011 and 11 under contract as of October 24, 2011. I'm anxious to see how the month of September will round out.
