Sellers did you know that even when working with a real estate agent, you are required to particpate in the process? I don't mean the marketing aspect and getting prospective buyers through the door (well sort of). But what I really mean is that if you are using a real estate agent, it would stand to reason that you are doing so because you have no idea or experience in selling real estate and the myriad of details involved.
