Start With The Good
Although I'm not as consistent as I'd like to be, my days usually begin with Our Daily Bread around 4:45 am, followed by scripture reading and meditation. That time of the morning is the quietest time of the entire day and I can read, pray and meditate without distractions, unless I'm extremely preoccupied with something else, but even that just leads me to more to reasons to indulge in prayer.
