This is the time of year that many people enjoy their friends and families and simply "unplug." This is also the time of year that many of us make resolutions for the upcoming year. Others hesitate to make resolutions because their good intentions to keep resolutions don't last very long. When you think about it, that doesn't make much sense. Resolutions are actually goals.
