wcr: Bright Approach

I attended a WCR (Women's Council of Realtors) luncheon a few weeks ago. I have frequently thought of the terrific presentation that the guest speaker delivered. It was positive, upbeat and simply sparkled. Chris Callier, VP of the Loan Network told the audience that he refused to participate in the gloom and doom. The way to make sure you stayed positive in this marketplace employed a three pronged approach: Mouth Gate: speak positively Don't bad-mouth buyers who are not rushing in to buy. Do not bad-mouth other agents for not doing their part of the transaction. Do not bad-mouth the economy. (1 comments)
