For one, it definitely is a given to look over those counter offers and addendums! There is no doubt that Military Relocating to Hawaii need housing and most active duty and vets are still taking advantage of their VA Guaranteed Loan. VA Guarantees a percentage of the loan and you still have to go through a Lender that actually does do VA Loans and it is for your OWN PERSONAL USE. He arrives back to the states after a tour in Iraq. He decides to take his family to Disneyland for a week vacation and his children are thrilled. His wife is having a bunch of fun too....until he just can't leave Disneyland and all the WHOLE days events behind without....seeing the fireworks going off above the castle. About a week and a half ago I was at the office and I get a call on my cellular.Hmm...long distance. Bet it's a telemarketer. Hit ignore. The office phone rings and she asks for ... ME. Wouldn't you know it was her calling on my cellular hahaha! Her husband came back from Iraq and saw my sites all over the internet so they called me. The Ewa (pronounced with a short e and va) area on the island of Oahu was a highly populated in the late 1800's and early 1900's because of the sugar cane industry. The 'Ewa Mill" was the main center for employment and they also set up residential villages but has long since closed. The Ewa Gentry Community is located on the Southeastern shore of the Island of Oahu (Honolulu County) and right before old Ewa Beach town. Developers have been building homes in the Ewa Gentry area since the 1990's and they are still building to this day.
