If you are a buyer, now is absolutely the best the time to be in the market. It is a buyers market in almost all areas of the country but interestingly enough most buyers are waiting, they're not buying! Please don't wait for the media to tell you that the market has reached the bottom. If you do, you'll be six months too late because that is the amount of time it takes for the statistics to show the beginning of a recovery.
