As a Colorado Springs CO Realtor, I work with a variety of buyers in the Colorado Springs Real Estate market. It’s a given that certain price points and available financing help to determine what type of home a particular buyer will purchase, as well as what type of neighborhood he or she will select in making this very important acquisition. Just to clear up some confusion for those who aren’t intricately involved with the financial side of the real estate business. Lenders are not the bad guys. From my experience as a Colorado Springs Realtor, the majority of buyers I work with are able to qualify for home mortgages at very low interest rates. However, if you’re working through the short sales and foreclosure processes, then certainly, you are running into some major roadblocks.
