Last night was a wonderful treat as Gordon and I went on a very romantic date, first, eating at one of our favorite restaurants in Denver, named Panzano’s, then we attended Andrea Bocelli’s Passione concert at the Pepsi Center.
Our seats were positioned perfectly, nearly 20 yards away from Bocelli at stage level.

A general label does not always apply to every circumstance. So, we should not be surprised if labeling a financial market as strictly bullish or bearish or a real estate market as a buyer’s or seller’s market does not apply to the entirety of the Colorado Springs Real Estate market.
