client relationship building: IMPORTANT: Jott This down - 03/20/08 03:00 PM
I just recently started using a new service at the recommendation of Michelle Spalding, who also posted a blog about this service called Text Messaging - the easy way - Check out Jott.com - my office and I love it. First of all, the service is completely free, so there is no reason not to use it. It takes about two to three minutes to set up and once it's set up you never have to go back to the website.

It is no secret that today’s hectic schedule and daunting ‘list’ of responsibilities, meeting and appointments sometimes pre-empts our ability to touch our clients on a personal level and really treat them as a person.  One of the most effective methods that I have found of staying in touch with my clients is by sending out personalized cards as a follow-up to a sale, for a birthday or even just to say ‘thank you for the opportunity to meet with you’.
I use an online service  to send cards to my clients and for about $1 a card (including postage) I can … (8 comments)
