Osprey, a small town situated between Sophisticated Sarasota and Charming Venice is home to Pine Run, a lovely and distinctively designed condo complex. Frank Folsom Smith, an architect who studied with Victor Lundy of the renowned “Sarasota School of Architecture” Architects designed the first phase on this 27 acre community just off Blackburn Point Road in 1973. The acreage is naturally curated with a variety of trees such as palms, cedars, pines and oaks. Privacy is insured with dense saw palmettos.
