Chip Jervis is a family man, a boater, a real estate broker, a lover of coastal living and all things Destin and northwest Florida! I remember well the years 2003 to 2008 when the real estate market, especially in resort areas, was wild and crazy! Flipping properties, boutique developers, million dollar mortgages and the only qualification was you could fog a mirrior with your breath. I also remember well the subsequent market crash and very little if any mortgage money available..........
