We are so thankful to be living in a county that is full of blooms everywhere we looks.  Coral trees are in various stages of blooming as pictured above.  You can also see them on the sides of the freeway.  In another month the freeway medians will be in bloom with various colors of oleanders.

One of the nurseries had wisterias for sale, which are also blooming in front of commecial buildings, and on the sides of the freeways.

On April 6, 2021, Molly Boesel of CoreLogic reported that nationwide home prices including distressed sales higher in February of 2021 from January of 2021, and increased 10.4% from February of 2020. The lowest price tier home prices were highest with 14.2% gain in February 2021 from February 2020.
State of Idaho had the highest price increase with a gain of 22.6% in February of 2021, from February of 2020.
This is an indication that real estate values slowly increasing perhaps stabilizing.

As we were walking down the aisle at El Rancho Market in Santa Ynez, ready to check out, this brand "pull"ed us in to stop and take a photo. The price is certainly appealing as is the blessing  and rating of the "Wine Enthusiast!"
