Housing in the Los Angeles metro area continues to appreciate well above the national average. Investors in the L.A. MSA enjoyed a whopping 1.6% month over month appreciation from April to May and 14.7% annual appreciation. Nationwide rental rates also continue to increase with 2.3% year-over-year.
