Well after another snowy and cold New Hampshire winter I have decided I need to connect with the world. The snow is almost gone and the real estate market for the First time home buyer or for that matter anyone couldn't be better. Prices and interest rates are historically low but unfortuantely so is moral. I purchased my house in 1992 (I was not an agent then) at a low point in the ressession of that time. The price was right but the interest rate was 8%. I encourage anyone sitting on the fence to jump in if you are able … (0 comments)
