We here at LiveNorthwest have recently received market statistics of homes for sale or recently sold in Clark County Washington as of April 2013. Statistics show that the number of homes for sale has increased with new listings reaching 894 with an 18.6% increase over March 2013 and a 35.7% increase since April 2012. That is the best month since April 2010! Homes for sale in Clark County that are now under contract or "pending" have increased to 682 and is 11.4% higher than last month.
