Hello,
It's that time of year again when the Parade of Homes is starting.  The builders are getting ready and we are waiting for the business.  Being the President of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners, Greensboro Chapter, I thought it might be fun if we worked on a project together. 
Angele Carlson of Curtain Call Home Staging, Lori Nicholson of Stylishly Staged, Kim Lee of All About Image, and myself, Chrissie Sutherland with Ready Set Stage worked together bringing our accessories and furniture to stage a home for a local builder.  We did it for him at no charge … (10 comments)

Happy New Year everyone,
I hope everyone is having a great start to their New Year.  I know in the next few weeks we will all be really busy.  I just wanted to share some before and after pictures of a cute little starter home I staged.  I only did the main area, but I hope it makes a difference in selling this home. 
This picture is while the home owners were still living in the home.  This is how it was showing...as you can see it feels a little closed in and dated...

Happy Holidays everyone,
We just staged a beautiful house that is a 2008 Parade of Home Gold Winner.  It has been on the market for 1 1/2 years. 
In the last 3 months, we have transferred this furniture from one house to another, this is the third house the same furniture has been in, in 3 months.  We changed out and added some accessories and accent furniture, but the big pieces are the same.  The first house sold in 2 months, the second on sold in 2 1/2 weeks, now we are here.

I'm so excited, after sitting on the market vacant for 2 years, Ready Set Stage of Greensboro staged this beautiful new construction home and just a short 23 days later, in November mind you, it is sold!!!!  STAGING WORKS.

Hi again,
I'm so happy another home has sold due to the help of home staging from Ready Set Stage.  This cute little house sat vacant for a year.  We came in and staged it on July 13th.  The owners had 2 offers last week and accepted one on August 20th.  That is only 38 days!!!  Yeah.  Here are some before and after pictures.
