home staging: Before and after pictures - 06/30/10 02:36 PM
Wow, this was such a fun project.  For the first time I actually did the painting instead of hiring someone to do it.  I painted the master bed, master bath, master sitting, family room, dining room, and stairs.  Then I did a lot of cleaning and staged it.  I'm going to share one picture with you, the rest will have to wait for Andrew Mayon with Triad Real Estate Photograpy.  He will be photographing the house Friday!
Before, there were renters in here.  You can't see it but they painted the accent wall and didn't cut in around the molding, so it … (20 comments)

home staging: a little paint, a little elbow grease, a little staging...a big difference - 05/24/10 08:58 AM
Hello,
I hope you all are doing well.  Just wanted to share a house that I'm almost done staging.  I still have to finish the family room and kitchen, but here are the Master, hall bath, and sunroom.  We are hoping for a quick sale because the client closes on her new house in 60 days.
We removed a lot of wallpaper, painted, cleaned and staged.  Enjoy!

home staging: Vacant before and after photos - 04/07/10 06:46 AM
Hi fellow stagers,
I hope everyone is busy this spring.  I just came off of a vacation and now I'm way busy.  Just wanted to share some pictures of a few houses we did this week.  In both homes, we just staged the great room and kitchen.  Hopefully it will be enough to sell quickly.  Thanks for stopping by.

home staging: Can you believe this house in less than $95,000???? - 12/04/09 11:16 PM
Hi all,
We just staged another house for a builder that bought and flipped this adorable house.  The before pictures are really after he did A LOT of the flipping.  They changed all the fixtures, added wainscotting, added built-ins, changed the bathroom vanities and toilets, ripped out the nasty dark brown carpet and put in hardwoods and new carpet in the bedrooms, and obviously repainted the whole house.  The only thing they did keep was the kitchen cabinets.  They changed the counters and sink and put in beautiful appliance.  Can you believe it's only $92,000???  I hope he has a quick sale.  … (20 comments)

home staging: MY Brand New Website!!! - 10/01/09 04:31 AM
Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to share my new website with you.  I'm so excited.  I went through www.photobiz.com .  I had a great website that was managed through another company, but the problem was, I could only make 4 changes a year.  I wanted a website that would reflect more of me and who I am and I think this company did that for me.  The best thing is I can make as many changes as I want as much as I want.   I can even change the template and colors if I want.  It's only $125 to start, and … (19 comments)
