This is a "dangerous" time of year (for me) to start a Challenge to lose weight, but then, when I thought about it, it might be the best time...As some of you might know, My first 90 Day Challenge was to lose 45 pounds.  Ultimately, I fell short, I lost 42 pounds, 3 pounds less than my goal. Its been 3 weeks since my challenge ended and I have so much more energy than I had at the end of August.  I have lost six inches off my waist.  I wore a suit to our company's Christmas party last weekend that I … (13 comments)

This is not about "excuses"... it is about making positive changes in my life moving forward.  My "Goal" was, and still is, to … (7 comments)
