So, when we bought our house our realty professional lived on the other side of town. What that meant for our family is this: we did not get to go into our contracted home until our final walk through --- and it was not fun. I decided that when I worked with a buyer and their family I would offer two return visits between offer to closing--and that had been working wonderfully.
