The almighty dollar. OK, here’s how you get it… Set a goal. Make a plan to achieve said goal. Work like a dog. A well-groomed, well-mannered dog that is. Guess what. You may not ever make $10M. You may not ever make $100M…whatever your goal is does not matter. That’s what I’m talking about. My personal goal is $10M (adjusted for massive inflation, of course). Stop whining, and go work your tail off. Stop looking for short cuts. You’ll get there quicker if you just get to it. I just read a fantastic little insight into the state of real estate. What If The Real Estate Market Doesn’t Recover? There has been an explosion lately in the popularity of MLM. I get it; I really do. As the industrial age starts to lose steam, more and more people are beginning to realize that the things we’ve been taught to believe in and rely upon, no longer exist.
