The September Real Estate Market Report in the Dayton Ohio area for single family, residential homes in Montgomery, Greene, and Warren counties in and around Wright Patterson Air Force Base shows more homes sold in September 2012 than the same months in 2011 and 2010. My real estate clients are able to sign and have their offer submitted at lightning speed thanks to my iPad and PDF Expert, my favorite iPad app. The iPad app lets you type, highlight, and strikeout text on a PDF, then email that annotated PDF to the client, the office secretary, the other real estate agent, whoever! My clients are also able to sign electronically directly on my iPad.
