I ask this of all my listings. I often can sell the home quickly. Why because I do a lot of marketing, but most of all because I work hard with buyers to get them to list at a price that will sell. Even if they must test the high end of the market I work real hard to get price reductions planned right at the listing so we can get the home sold. Over prices listings don’t get shown, don’t get offers, and don’t sell. Homes that are priced right, have been kept nicely and are ready to show each day … (1 comments)
listing: Asking for a few days grace to close

Is it a good idea to put it in a contract or into a listing agreement? I think it is. I put it in my listings agreements. giving up to ten days if needed to secure financing. why, because, sometimes things go wrong at the last minute. as transaction brokers it is our job to keep the deal together. this keeps the seller from getting mad ( and they do ), and getting them to close. I think it would even be a good idea to put it in all contracts. How many times do we just need a few more days to make … (1 comments)
