Prices Median price in December was $598,000. This is up 4.5% from $572,000 in December of 2014. This is the lowest median price has been since March, 2015. 3-month median price of $625,000 in December was down just slightly from $631,750 in November but up slightly from $572,000 in December of 2014. This year started off similar to last year with tight inventory and multiple buyers. Sales for Ardlsey, Tarrytown, Irvington, Sleepy Hollow, Dobbs Ferry, and Hastings total 56 across the board with the majority in the $600,000-$700,000 and $1,000,000+ range. This has to do with the average list price in those areas, very encouraging none the less. As April approaches we hope to see a rise in inventory which is still very low in all of Westchester. Memorial Day Parades In Westchester County 2013 1) Dobbs Ferry - May 27, Begins at 10 a.m. Starting at Mohegan Park Avenue and proceeding down to Dobbs High School, then to Memorial Park. 2) Hastings-on- Hudson - May 27, Starts at 2pm.
