Hastings NY single family homes sales in June were 8, unchanged from the same month last year. This is the highest unit sales have been since 9 in September, 2015. Sales/list price ratio in June moved up to 104.3% from 93.5% in May.
Prices
Median price in June was $863,500. This is up 17.0% from $738,250 in June of 2015. 3-month median price of $695,500 in June was very slightly up from $662,500 in May but down marginally from $717,500 in June of 2015. This is down 8.2% from $795,000 in August of 2013. 3-month median price of $710,000 in August was up just slightly from $691,750 in July and up slightly from $660,000 in August of 2013. Memorial Day Parades In Westchester County 2013
1) Dobbs Ferry -  May 27, Begins at 10 a.m. Starting at Mohegan Park Avenue and proceeding down to Dobbs High School, then to Memorial Park.
2) Hastings-on- Hudson - May 27, Starts at 2pm.  The parade route will begin at Reynolds Field and continue down through Five Corners, onto Main St and then right on Warburton Ave. The ceremony will take place at the VFW on Warburton.
3) Somers/Yorktown - May 27, Ceremony at Town hall begins 11am and parade starts at 11:15.
