There were 15 unit sales in January. This is up 7.1% from 14 in January of 2015. This is the lowest unit sales have been since 8 in April, 2015. Sales/list price ratio in January moved down to 99.0% from 99.2% in December.

Median price in January was $815,000. This is up 32.1% from $617,000 in January of 2015. This is the highest median price has been since February, 2015. 3-month median price of $570,000 in January was up just slightly from $565,000 in December but down slightly from $710,000 in January of 2015. The  Larchmont Real Estate Market continues to be one of the hottest in Westchester County.    Home inquiries have been up this season as well.  Although the spring market tends to peak in June we are still seeing a decent amount of activity over the summer.There were 37 Larchnmont single family homes sales in July, this is down from 43 in July of 2013.  This is partly because of tighter inventory levels in the area.  The sales/list price ratio decreased to 99.9% from 101.5% which is still pretty amazing.  This means that most homes sold for their asking price or more. … (1 comments)
