social media: How "Social" Is Your Social Media Strategy?
- 08/31/16 09:02 PM
There is one important question we need to ask ourselves before creating a profile and flooding the online world with our life, "what is my purpose for using social media?" Your strategy develops from there. The "strategy" is where I think things begin to change, and some become less social. Although your purpose may be to promote your business, it is just as important to show our "human" side as well. By engaging your followers, you are telling them they are important, and you care. We hear that we should be doing this and don't do that. Post at this time and avoid that time. Don't over (3 comments)

- 06/05/16 09:06 PM
Since February 2015 I have had the honor of working with the Property Brothers on Seasons 3 & 4 of "Buying & Selling" in Westchester County NY. How did they find me? When an agent takes a listing and pulls out their phone to start snapping (0 comments)

Social media has become one of the most important avenues for marketing online, yet many don't even know where to begin. They think all they have to do is create a profile, start following everybody under the sun, and the business will come. There is an etiquette that goes along with social media but most important, a strategy. Are you one of those people that "like" everything, or campaign for "likes" but have nothing of substance on your page to keep the public interested? I firmly believe that substance is more important then a large following. I would rather have more quality then quantity. If you lack it the (5 comments)

- 01/15/13 10:49 PM
