There were 4 unit sales in January. This is down 50.0% from 8 in January of 2015. This is the lowest unit sales have been since 3 in May, 2015. Sales/list price ratio in January moved down to 94.7% from 99.5% in December.
Prices
Median price in January was $456,000. This is down 6.9% from $490,000 in January of 2015.
