Wow! What a day I had yesterday, 3 weeks ago one of my referring Realtors sent me one of their clients. She went online and field out an online credit application. After running her credit and looking at documented income from her jobs and getting a 626 mid credit score and a 43% debt ratio. I was able to receive a DU approval.
