Contract for Deed is a growing financing type in this market. Look for it to grow to be a big option over the next few years. Sellers offering contract for deed financing will generate more interest in their property. There are owners that don't have loans who make great contract for deed sellers.

Perhaps the biggest fear of people when doing the video blog is that they need some perfect setting to do the video. Not true. You can just set up and go even while you are waiting for someone like I am doing in this video. Don't over think it. Just break the ice and start doing it!
