I am in Market Update mode lately. Here is what is happening in Anoka, MN. Active Listings: 112 Active Listings under $100K: 17 Pending sales: 17 Pending sales under $100K: 8 Closed sales year to date: 17 Closed sales under $100K: 6 Sales in Anoka have picked up as of late. Most bank owned homes in Anoka are still over valued by the sellers. These stats don't count duplex listings and sales in Anoka on those have been extremely slow.
