I had the opportunity to attend a college graduation last week with a friend. Funny, I did not attend my own college graduation. I didn't want to have my family feel like they needed to come and sit for 2 hours in their own sweat just to see me hold a black book with a piece of paper to show that I made it. When in actuality, I made it whether I walked at my own graduation or not.
