In many Twin Cities Area cities the market reports suggest about 1.5 to 2.5 month supply of homes available. However, my evaluation is that the true supply is always less because of new contruction homes not yet built that are being marketed, homes that are active with offers, and mostly homes that are listed over priced and dont have any chance of selling because of the poor pricing choice.
